About Diane Carlin
Her focus is on body, mind and spirit. She prays for her clients, yet honors those who do not believe in prayer or spiritual matters. She wants to see you get your goals. She is happiest when she sees you getting what you want. However, she realizes that it is a team approach. You, the client must meet her half way with a strong conscious motivation for the change. You are expected to have a willingness to put effort into making the changes.

Diane is married to Dale Kenton and has a wonderful dog Magic. She volunteers for her church and is past president of the board of East Louisville Community Ministries. This organization helps prevent homelessness and distributes Dare to Care food to low income individuals. She is also a founding member and past president of the Kentucky Association of Hypnotherapists.

For optimal success, most programs require that you play a hypnosis recording daily during the initial change.
About Hypnosis at the Carlin Institute of Wellness
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused alertness in which you are very suggestible. We use relaxation techniques to enhance our hypnosis. But please know that hypnosis is not sleep.
If you consciously want the change and your values are in line with the change desired, the post hypnotic suggestions are accepted and the change is easier.

You sit in a Lazy Boy recliner, put on headphones, Soft stereo music is played. Then Diane helps you induce hypnosis through various hypnotic and relaxation techniques. She talks to you into the headphones. The lights are dimmed. It is very soothing and relaxing. Most people don’t want to leave at the end of the session. It’s easy to go into hypnosis the way Diane helps you.

You will remember what is said to you during hypnosis.
You are expected to use your willpower at the end of the session and most find it much stronger than before. Most people find it easy to make the change after hypnosis.
