| Diane would like to work with you, even if you are at a great distance from her Louisville, Kentucky office. You can take any of her programs listed here over the phone. You can call the office at 502-636-3648 to schedule an appointment. She can email or fax you the health history and questionnaire (which must be completed and returned before the first appointment). She will do the interview and counseling session over the phone. Then she will make your hypnosis CD after the session and mail it to you. As in all our programs, playing the CD will lead to your highest success. You will be asked to call her at the appointed time and telephone charges will be yours. You will need to turn off call waiting by dialing *70 before placing your call to her. Credit cards will be charged over the phone prior to the session. A $3.00 charge will be added to recordings for postage and handling. |
